Everything you need to know before you place your order.

  • Collection or delivery

    Collect your order in Kraaifontein, or we deliver within 20 km of Kraaifontein for R250.

  • Pay by EFT

    Your order is confirmed once your EFT payment has been received.

  • Order 4 days ahead

    All orders need at least 4 days' notice. Meals have a minimum of 4 servings.

  • Not halaal

    Please note that our food is not halaal.

  • Sweet fancies

    Cupcakes, jam tarts and other fancies are made to order. Please ask Trasse what’s available.

  • Allergies

    Our food is made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, gluten (wheat), dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish and soya, so we can’t guarantee anything is allergen-free. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you order and we’ll tell you what’s in each dish.

  • Changes and cancellations

    Everything is made fresh to order, so please let us know about changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before collection or delivery may not be refunded, as the ingredients will already have been bought.

Send us your date, the number of guests, what you'd like to order and whether you'll collect or need delivery, and we'll reply with a quote. All orders need at least 4 days' notice, and your order is confirmed once your EFT payment is received.
